Each member is able to create their own groups about the things that interest them. Access to these groups is by invitation only where the members of the group can invite other members to become part of that group. You can create your group by selecting the Members menu item and selecting Create Group from the drop down menu.
This will open up the create group page where you can follow the steps to create your group.
